That has me thinking as well. Most likely it's a reference to importing players from March Madness, but it's a PS2 only release. Additionally, there's no PAL version of March Madness, so those of us in Australia and Britain won't be able to take advantage of such a feature.

WHY is it a PS2 only release anyways?

I'm not sure why it's a PS2 only release, but I figure it's not released worldwide due to the fact NCAA basketball doesn't quite have the worldwide fanbase that the NBA does.
