An interesting dynasty idea.

Talk about NBA Live 06 here.

An interesting dynasty idea.

I don't really plan on doing this, but the thought just came to me and I think it's really interesting.

Have you ever considered doing a dynasty.... where you play as the OTHER team every game? Obviously, it wouldn't be very interesting if you are capable of blowing the CPU out on Superstar with hard sliders... but if you're just an average player like me who (due to settings) really has to get into the game and work hard to win, it could be quite interesting.

This would kind of be a way to stick with a Dynasty, still be able to handle rosters, transactions, etc... but not get bored playing as the same team all the time.

Just a thought. ;)

...you don't have to do anything with DBF editing. You can choose to play as either team in your dynasty games (or neither and watch the CPU play). ;)

I've never really thought about that but it sounds fun actually. Aside from keeping things fresh and challenging it would be interesting to see how the CPU would handle the team you've assembled.

the only downside would be that you would get sick of playing against the same team all the time (N)

Hehe I hadn't really thought about it from that angle. Perhaps playing as your own team when you're at home, and as the opposing team for away games... that would bring an element of the home team having the advantage.

I see it more as something to do every so often to make things a bit more interesting with a loss here and there or just play with another team for a change. There's also the old in-game switch for an extra challenge in the fourth quarter.

That would be a change probably... But you've end up with a pretty big record since you can get your team to win every game by jacking up stupid threes and such  trying to score 100 with Madsen.

Well that's the thing. If you take control of the other team, you have to play to win. ;)

Just threw that one out there. I never play any game to lose, even if I'd play against my own dynasty team, I'd still want to win.
