Why are the guys on NBADraft.net tipping him to fall so deep into the 2nd round? I have seen him play before and looks like a good player why is he tipped to be a second round pick?

It's early days, I think workouts will matter for him but I just dont see him going in the first round or early second cause theirs prolly better PG's than him and their is a lack of big men so you'd expect even crappy big men to go before some of the PG's or swingmen. His size is also a burn and you have to wonder what exactly he can bring to the court cause he's not the best when it comes to true PG ability.
But I think he'll be 40-45 territory, maybe 35-40 if the workouts go well. James White whose been labelled as a pure dunker has been having good workouts and he's another player that could get a bit of a jump from his current spot, so I think in Dee's case yes its the workouts that will matter.

Wow, for a moment I thought I was flashing back to the 90's.

Dee is good on the fast-break, but cant set up the half-court game. If he doesn't play for a run-and-gun he will struggle setting up the offense. Also, he is labeled as a streaky shooter and since he runs the fast break so much, he will not be as good as in college. The NBA is a lot bigger and stronger than the NCAA and scouts say that Brown has a high risk of being injured for being so small.

maybe it's because he's a deep 2nd round talent
he's not big enough to play SG and doesn't have the skills to play guard in the pro's
he came into this year with those same concerns and certainly did not do anything this year to change those opinions about him
