The Cavs have already overachieved, people thought Washington were gonna take them out in the first round, but they didn't, then they thought Detroit were gonna sweep them, and they haven't, Lebron is the real deal, but I really don't see the Pistons letting another game slip by them.

people have said that every time cleveland has won a game, even i said that after game 3 and 4

That definitely is surprising, Cleveland up 3-2. I really don't see them winning the next game

I wouldn't be surprised if Cleveland advances, but I wouldn't be surprised if Detroit wins the next two games.

Tossup series, but it's definitely good if Lebron can be remembered as pushing a 60-win team to the brink of elimination (and possibly to elimination) on his own in his playoff debut.

I must applaud cleveland for beating the pistons in three consecutive games. Who would have thought? This is my first time looking at this thread and I can only laugh at the people presuming this would be an "easy ride" for the Pistons. I think the Pistons will prevail but I won't be surprised if the Cavs win. I want somebody to knock San Antonio and Detroit off their pedestals. Finally I must laugh at the people on the first page who posted

Detroit will win 4-1.....Cleveland will see what the meaning of defense is & Rasheed will own whatever fruitcake Cleveland sends his way.

The only advantage Cleveland have is @SF.

Good One

the pistons were in cruise control in the first round and let one game slip out of their hands. Pistons 4-0, pistons are just too good.

They have three at the minute

Cavs won once, in December. We won the last 3 games. Prince always gives James a tough time, keeping him to under 30 points in all the games except the loss, where he scored 30. James wont be able to score 36 a game like he did against Wizards, and Detroit will win in 4.

Ben wallace averages like 57 rebounds against Cavs this year anyway

It's about damn time the playoffs are getting more exciting. Just to think that neither the Pistons nor Spurs may not be in the Finals this year. I don't know if the Cavs will take the next game, but I can see them possibly winning the series in 7.

I think the Cavs have to close them out in game 6. If they let it get back to game 7 in Detroit, I think they are toast.

This is just amazing though....Lebron vs. the #1 team and it's evenly matched.

Definitely a legacy for the ages.

This series is a definite shocker to me. I'm glad to see LeBron doing so well and it doesn't seem like LeBron's being worn down by playing so many minutes and playing such an instrumental role in the team, especially against a defensive monster like Detriot.

i gotta agree here but, if it does go to 7 and its a 1 or 2 point game with a minute to go i dont like the pistons chances.

imo, lebron has been great at not forcing the issue (too much.... i cringe when he pulls a kobe and takes those jumpers.....why!!!? he should never take more than 3 jumpers a game). this against the same piston team that contained bryant despite a superior LA team. He has a funny way of again not forcing it in the clutch and making heroes of his teammates. that said, next game will be close.... don't forget the cavs got 'lucky' last game when chauncy fouled out.....

not to compare lebron to mj.... i'm not.... but is anyone vaguely reminded of mj vs the pistons here?

Lets be real here..who are the pistons? A loud mouth bald patch mofo, a underweight reggie miller wannabe, a lanky light skin wannabe all-star, a big gorrilla with an afro and a p diddy wannabe. Basically a team full of charity given all-stars made up of roleplayers on any other team. What makes them thing that they are that great? Please cavaliers...put them in their place.

Down by 2, they've got a chance if Lebron plays with his recent clutch excellence.

horseface billups and rasheed made big time plays tonight

great game though. pistons win the series, but i hope i'm wrong :) -- lebron just needs to attack the basket with reckless abandon next game - no threes, no fallaway j's, just drive drive and drive.

Best record in the league, last years Eastern Conf. Champs, 04 Nba Champs. That is what makes them think that they are great.

Damn, the Cavs gave up sooo many offensive rebounds in the end, very disappointing. Then Billups almost tipped in the ball going for the rebound at Cleveland's basket which would have wone the game for CLE.

I would have laughed if Billups gave them the win.

That would kill him and mark him for the rest of his career.
