Here is a tweak roster I made yesterday.
I tweaked several player values in order to get a good sim result for a 12 min quarter game.
I am pretty happy with the result so far so I want to share the result.
The original roster I made my tweaking from is DoubleA's roster update.
I used some of Felipe's method with some editing to get the equations to generate the new player values.

I can try reduce the blocks by lower the block rating..
But all the players' block ratings are already in the 50 - 58 range..
I will try lower the block even more, and see if it would help.

Cudacke, try lowering the jump rating.
It should go a long way in preventing blocks !

yeah definitely change the jump rating..that seems to help a lot

i found that decreasing the block rating does very little and the ball still flies down court when i block
