I do have too much time on my hands...I usually post on here between classes...Yeah, I copied and pasted from Excel.

Let's discuss the data though! It's far more interesting than I am.

I think that's all we need to know.. :hump:

A little surprising that Battie isn't higher though.. And Ilgauskas was higher than I though also..

Blount is pretty bad.

All Mark Blount can do is shoot jumpers. Absolutely no defense. Period.

Sigh...Here we go again...In that game, three Suns defenders shut Yao down. He was triple-teamed or least double-teamed all game long, and since his role players couldn't hit a shot, there was nothing he could.

I don't really like to use stats as proof, more like a guide, since it varies with who your assigned to guard and what your role is. I'd like to mention that Nesterovic is a better defensive player than given credit for. people give him shit just like they do with Olowokandi, but he's better than Kandi. Nesto, limited physically, still plays solid position D and is a good rebounder on the defensive end.

You sure hit the jackpot with that one . :applaud:
Now thats what Popovich knows and gives Rasho credit for.
Popovich keeps him in the starting for that Rasho isn't much of a scorer, well that's why they have Manu,Duncan Parker...but he can play some monster D.
Popovich also says that he can't imagine the spurs starting 5 without Rasho.

Well, he is third over the last four years in FlrPtsPer100FlrPoss, and in the top ten in stop %. Only Alonzo Mourning, Theo Ratliff and Haywood make appearances in the top ten of both. And only Zo in the top five of both.

With someone like Stromile the Nets would be a real contender next year. Krstic will develop a lot next season...i have a feeling about it
