For a minute there I thought the "James" you meant was Lebron James

same here. i was thinking LeBron the whole time reading it until he said mike james.

Flaming posts, but it doesn't matter as long as you're able to defend your position on the subject. You'll also have the assistance of Lebron haterz if there is one.

There are many. There is NO arguement that someone can give that makes sense to support lebron sucking. Most Bron haters dislike him because he's so promoted...no more no less. People like their heroes to be surrounded by a little humility. I personally am glad he acts so modest..if all he did was score...id dislike him too. I was really dissatisfied with his all-star game ball-hog fest.

Well, James is an UFA isn't he? I doubt a S+T will happen. And since he's a FA after this season and I guarantee [s]our[/s] your GM won't resign him, at least not for the role he plays now, you won't have to worry about him after this season. We'll see who he signs with. I don't know why you put 'trade this idiot' in the title since that's impossible.

Wow, Mike James is really hogging it up tonight against the Heat. Unlike Kobe, when he dominates the ball, he dribbles it into traffic, and can't get up a shot and either passes it off with 3 or 4 seconds left, or turns it over. He only has 13 shot attempts, but considering how much he's touched the ball he should have 20.

32 points, and 5 turnovers while also freezing up his teamates on offence. Way to go Mike! I guess scoring 20 a game is more important than team success anyway. Its not like there are four other teamates on the court with him at the same time or anything.

I swear to god, every time that James scores 30+, we're bound to lose.

I think it's the paycheck he's playing for since this is the last year of his deal.

that SHOULD hurt his chances of money, but problem is, some stupid team will give him a nice contract. ugh.

I don't dislike the guy but I can see him having that attitude of having him score 30+ points rather than having the team having a successful game. Maybe to solve the problem, start Alvin Williams. Mike James said he wanted Williams to get some minutes before the season ends so do it up and see what happens. Haha.

I'd like to have Mike James on my team, but not for a MLE and not as a starter. I really don't think Colangelo is stupid enough to pay this guy, when they can get players like him for much lesser price and already have Calderon to develop and Ukic in Europe. Too bad Rajon Rondo is too similar to Calderon in weaknesses department.

I have a feeling the Hawks would want him. They are desperate for a decent PG and looking at this year's FA, James is probably the only decent PG they can acquire, and the Hawks have the money to overpay him.

I don't think BC will want to keep him for the MLE. I've heard talks about BC trading our draft picks, and as many have said, Calderon is developing nicely, though not a lot of playing time these days. If we get the pick to be in 1 - 3, then we are in a very good position this offseason. We have many options. Trade it for a couple lower draft picks, trade it for a lower draft pick and a player ( a good rumor is trade our pick to Seattle for their first over all and Ridnour), or a center.

We also have Ukic. I'm sure BC will work something about and James, hopefully, is not part of our rebuilding plan.

well, I can see that M. James probably isn't the most popular player of the Raptors fans. Right?

I bet ya Atlanta will pick him up coz they need a pg and they'll overpay him like Joe Johnson but will produce less or Isiah will get itchy fingers as usual and press the trade button.

Amen to that. And since when does the most improved player award go out to people who haven't improved?

The only reason why Mike James has gotten the stats that he's gotten is because Sam Mitchell rides him too much and is too big of an idiot to realize as to how much of a cancer he is to our offence.

honestly i wouldn't hate mike james at all if he got his points in the flow of the offense, but the guy consistently goes iso like he scored 81 points, thinking he can take on the other team 1 on 5. seriously, scoring 20 points and dishing out 6 assists isn't that impressive if your record is 20-50 or something like that. any candidate for MIP could get those numbers if they broke out of their team's offensive scheme.

Mike James is envious when Bryant scored 81 on their sorry ass, that's why the stat padding.
