Official NLSC Fantasy Basketball League

the point is it's so easy to come up with the money so you shouldn't complain about having so many expenses.

On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being something really important like an overdue phone bill, and 1 being some Aboriginal beging for money on the street, this would be like a -5. I could spare the money for it but I wouldn't particularly want to, especially not after this mess.

I can easily afford it, but I'd rather blow $5 on something else. The fantasy league takes a lot of time and dedication (to those who actually work on it) so I'm not into the whole money-will-motivate-me thing. If I make bets, I make farmer's bets; I'm not a gambling person, so it's not as appealing as playing for bragging rights.

i myself probably spend more time on this then i should- i'm in 5 leagues, 3 of them i have $ riding . shit my GF gets mad at me whenever i ask her to check her phone for the scores/stats when we're out lol

We're all working or have some kind of source of income so why not have some money riding it? If you're making the effort to keep up with how your roster is doing, i can't see how getting some money in return as a reward for the effort could hurt


anyway- there's boatload of time to figure things out

I had no idea there was too much drama spilling over from the NLSC into the fantasy league. I only check the league once a week.

The matter regarding Matthew's roster lockout. I didn't even think there was serious contempt between Matthew and Legend (that is until Jackal made a reference about it) to treat that roster lockout detrimental to the league. I also thought the roster was just locked (for a day?), and the lineup not tampered with, guess I was wrong.

I thought air gordon was high or drunk when he offered Othella to me (and everyone), I didn't know it was part of a plan because of his arguments with Galvatron.

Just when Jugs was starting to pwn some matchups, the league went the crapper.
Jugs is a pretty decent manager.

The bad thing is that I can't edit my line-up for when Amare comes back

I'd appreciate Legend unlocking everyone and just allowing us to beat his locked team to poo, I'd like to continue to see how this would play out for myself and those who wish to continue. I lost to Emiliano but I have strong feelings I would have won if allowed to put my players in the game, argghhhh!!!!!!!!

Haha, so I got my roster locked out twice, and my best players benched by the commish and I still made the playoffs while he ended up being last? (im not sure if he was last, but judging by his other fantasy league performances..)
