james is garbage. trade this idiot

this guy is complete garbage. i don't care how many points he puts up, or even the assists, he's a !@*%) cancer to his team. he probably makes the poorest decisions in basketball, when it comes down to crunch time. sure he plays good for the first 46 minutes, but when there's 2 minutes left in the game this dude makes horrendous choices. stupid passes, even stupider shots. mike james, please leave toronto. please.

he actually made some pretty good decisions with the ball today (Other than that last turnover) he was passing to open teammates, and took good shots. but i do agree that he is a chucker most of the time though (very efficient one at times, terrible at others).

If love you mean curse under their breath while growing white hair at every time he threw up a brick pull-up three pointer when the Raptors were down 2 with 30 seconds remaining, then yes. We love him with all our heart.

Sounds like he needs to be traded to either Detroit or San Antonio.

Or maybe New York is stupid enough to take another shoot first point guard.

I'd honestly take Crawford over Mike James. Or Qyntel Woods.

Wow... Respect for that little troll? You definitely have a high tolerance for players that play like absolute trash.

No worries on the part of the Raptors though. I'm confident Colangelo will make the right move. He's known to acquire pass first point guards like Nash and Kidd, and he recently stated thats what he'll be trying to get for the Raptors.

Yeah, I don't like James, but you also have to blame Mitchell for not comming up with plays. The guy has 10-20 plays that are basically the same... fu**ing pick-n-rolls.

the score (sport channel in canada) did some report interview thingy where they followed him around for a day to see what he did on his off days, and he was just the biggest cocky bitch ive ever seen, he talked about how he needs to make 20 3's in a row before hes done practising for a day, and then he said " thats how I make all those 3's in a game " and shit, he thinks hes just the leader of toronto now..... so would you guys take rafer alston over him???(ive never watched a game with rafer in it so i dono how good he is)

At first I thought James was playing really good, because he was getting lots of points and assists. Now I realize he's just jacking up shots.

hes stats are nice, but he does jack up a lot of shots , he shoots a good percentage, but he isn't getting his teammates involve

I think he is trying to average 20 ppg. Right now he is at 19.8 (prior to todays game) and has been on the incline for along time. I think he will get it to with all those shots  .

Too bad the Raptors are immersed in a season of doom, and will probably never be able to draw a decent free agent. Looks like fans better suck it up cos he's probably the best that the Raps will get.

Raptors should draft Rondo. That would give them another distributing PG who can't shoot to save his life (see Calderon), but he can really defend. I think he'll be a distributing, defensive minded version of Tony Parker, which isn't too bad. And you can always do a sign&trade deal with James.

I actually like Raptors now, when they got rid of Babcock.

season is over for Raptors & James is playing for his contract....problem is, he'd be better off playing as a team guy....

if Raptors want a PG in the draft, there is really only one option, Marcus Williams....since this year's draft is weak at the PG position (unlike 2005 class), Marcus Williams makes a lot of sense, even if it's a little bit of a stretch....he could step in right away & play....although I've got a feeling the Raps will re-sign James & then James will stink it up or get injured

memo to Toronto:
1. Draft Marcus Williams
2. Sign-and-trade Mike James in a deal to those idiots in Atlanta for an athletic swingman

Marcus Williams is not worth the Top 10- 5 pick that the Raps are likely gonna get.
But we can trade the pick, maybe add a filler, for current PG from another team + a draft pick. We may also choose to get a center instead of a PG, and draft Marcus williams with that draft pick. A lot of things are depending on the draft pick.
