Hey there The X, I'm about to do your shout out, but I was wondering if you could do a headshot of Randolph before I did(you can use http://www.nbaliveforums.com/ftopic32374.php as a reference)

As for my pick, I vote 3-6...

Your influence ratings are really cool...I wonder if there's somewayI could help and code that for '07 to make things easier for you... we'll talk more on the 'off-season'

I was looking at the headshots & I've got no photoshop skills relative to all these other guys....probably best to try & get one of the others to do one....

& yep, I'm sure there is an easier way to do the influence ratings, so I'm all ears....& probably not worth bringing in until '07 either way....

NLSC PLAYER WATCH (DEC '06)

This is a section that will highlight different NLSC Players each trimester. With a handful of new NLSC players gracing the courts in the 2006/07 season we cross to the grassroots of basketball in Indiana to check in on Australia's new favourite son, a giant of a man that shot up to become an unexpected lottery pick in the most recent NBA Draft.

C- Will Sit (Sit), 7'2", 315lbs (14th pick in the 2006 NBA Draft by Indiana Pacers)

ImageImage
Sit chorales the rebound (above left) & lays it in (above right) as he makes Ha look like a big statue in the process

Will Sit was a shock selection at 14 by the Indiana Pacers. Many expected the tall, young Asian kid from Down Under, who declared straight out of high school to be a late 1st Round pick at best. However, with his behemoth size that is comparable to Shaq & Yao, there was always going to be at least one team that fell in love with the cocky, young Aussie. The Pacers haven't had a dominant pivot since Rik Smits retired many years ago. Whilst Sit has soft hands & a great touch inside, many thought he was a long-term project for the Pacers. He is already proving those doubters wrong as through December, Will Sit is averaging approximately 18 minutes of playing time per game. Sit is also using the time to his advantage as he is putting up solid numbers, but it's been his board work & space-filling ability that the Pacers have been most impressed with. They think Sit has a big future & could be the face of the franchise, now with Reggie Miller retired. As improbable as that seems, we'll have to take a wait & see approach to him.

Will Sit's 2006/07 Stats:
4.1ppg, 3.5rpg, 1.08bpg, 40.0% FG, 25.0% 3pt, 44.4% FT
5.43 NBA Efficiency Rating
2.19 Raw Birdie Score
2.19 Weighted Birdie Score

NLSC PLAYER'S 2006/07 STATS

NB: These stats are from 31st Jan '07 as forgot to check them a month earlier

that's the 1st of the trimesterly updates....I'll have the other ones in the coming days....it's easier & quicker for me to do them one at a time than all at once....

enjoy

Is it possible to ask an NLSC'er that you're pretty decent pals with to do one? I'm really trying to push away from the LiveCard 05 style that was horrible ... so any little thing to improve your LiveCard would rock...

D-weaver's only good game was his debut

Are you close to doing the January update or is that like a few days away due to having to play 9 games.

"Coldsmoke's" best game was 0 points, 1 rebound, and 2 assists? Man, he must not be playing a lot.

if someone who reads this wants to do it, then sweet, otherwise, who knows....

yep, Weaver's impact has been fleeting to say the least

as for January, I've finished the month, but the update probably won't be for a little while....maybe sometime during the week....depends on how many other updates I get out during the weekend....
