Damn, I thought I did pick 14, then I went back and saw I only had 12 :x

But I'll say you go 2-3 in the first 5 games. I'll even go out on the limb and say who exactly you'll lose to (maybe I can get some points back) Houston, Memphis and San Antonio.

East Player of the month: Allen Iverson
West PLayer of the month: Kobe Bryant
East Rookie of the month: Rudy Gay
West Rookie of the month: Brandon Bass

H Rock, a lot of contests are on Sit's request  I'm quite happy to just stick to playoff picking, but if you guys who will be NLSC-ers in near future or currently want to continue affecting your 'power/influence' ratings, then by all means....

although I will say this, you do NOT have to participate if you do not want to....you will not be penalised for not entering each month....

Incredible Jugs wrote:maybe you should give a link to the post of the new depth charts

how do you give direct post links?!?

 you made another mistake, Brandon Bass is a 2nd year player

as for who you think I'll lose to, if you are right, I'll give you a bonus 0.005pts....everyone this only applies to Mafia since he suggested it

cheers Andreas....& Peachy, my brother will get a laugh out of the fact that you picked him for Eastern Rookie of the Month

also, you don't have to be an NLSC prospect to get in on it, everyone is welcome to make predictions....it just has a few 'tangible' benefits for the NLSC prospects....who knows, you might decide you want to be a NLSC prospect one of these days

I don't mind you laughing at 1-4, it's probably what I'd pick if I was an outsider observer to this dynasty

HOLY SHIT MAN. Your coverage is sick. Everything looks awsome. I loved the draft recap. I was surprised by your pick, but i hope all goes well for you. Good luck in the 06-07 season, I think in November you'll go 2-3. Good luck.

the 0.040 bonus points is from the playoff picking competition, you got 1st equal, so you got half of 1st & 2nd bonus points....I add bonuses for 1st, 2nd & 3rd in some pickings to encourage people to risk lowering their ratings for the chance of increasing them with these :P

cheers, yep, you've done solidly off the bench so far

Sit wrote:i will do my bets later!

you better get them in soon, otherwise you'll be too late....am probably gonna be doing November's recap very soon....doesn't matter if you miss it, you can always get in for December....I will post December's schedule after November recap is posted

There  I don't know what made me think Bass was a rookie.

 I don't know either, maybe because he shouldn't have left LSU so early, I dunno

damn, it's Shaun :o I thought I'd never see you back on NLSC, guess you're walking the line so to speak at the moment

glad you liked draft coverage, & yep, that pick could come back to haunt me as my other pick seems to be the better rookie at this time

it's coming, don't you worry....although I've decided, that to move the season along quicker, monthly recaps will be shorter & just start record, stats, player of month, etc, etc....& every other month (or on a trimester basis, whatever you want to call it), I will add the 'extras' like Stat Line of the Trimester, Game of the Trimester, Player Card of the Trimester, NLSC Player of the Trimester, Rookie Watch etc

 thought so....keep his head down & out of the way....something Weaver just couldn't grasp unfortunately :shake: he should've heeded to his own words & just stuck to dynasty section, ah well

Sit wrote:I notcied... u've also nearing the 4000 milestone mark! any plans on how to celebrate?

nope  I did milestone at 2500, I'll do my next milestone at 5000, & if I make it beyond that, then at 10000, 15000, 20000, 25000, 50000, 75000, 100000 etc

If he had stuck to the dynasty section he'd still be here that's for sure, but awell, Shaun knows this is probably a one off. I was feeling generous

 yeah I'm really looking forward to that 75,000 post milestone thread, where you shoutout Jesus and anyone else in existance who hasn't been shouted-out.
