But i have a big problem, I followed the instructions (run the *.bat and have a eapatch in my nba live 2000 folder, but the jersey didn't show up. Can someone help me?

did you make a full install ?

yes I do, and I changed the file to "archive" under the properties :(

do you have windows XP ?
