Shaq is back!

Shaq scored a season high 35, and had 12 rebs against the Bobcats. He's proved to me that he really is back in shape, and hopefully this proves the doubters as well. I know it was against Charlotte, but still... not many teams in the league can stop him. I'd like to see him take 23 shots more often...

Good game but it is just that...one game. This type of performance should be expected against Charlottes front line.

Would love to see more of these types of performances from him. I'm waiting to see if Miami can do big things come playoff time.

Shaq must really be declining if 35 points against Charlotte is a big game...
He's still the best C though.

ya, back then when shaq was avging like 29 points a game, 35/12 was just another game...
i remember in the playoffs, he just goes off for 40/20 with like 5 assists and 4 blocks

Didnt do that tonight tho, he managed to get his team into OT and just scrape the victory.

So true what Kevc said.

Well, everyone knows that Shaq gets in-form before the playoffs... this is just that time of the year. Van Gundy says Yao is the regular season's best big man. Than Shaq is the postseason's best big man.

That's a trend I've noticed.

And besides, Shaq's not back, and he never "left". He just had a good game.

He's the best :D white center. Maybe Z's better. But still he is good.
Just look at his stats from indiana to charlotte. He should be the most improved player of 2004/2005 season :x But he isn't good at the leader role
 He allways look's up to someone on his team.

3 reasons why Shaq was great last night

1. He always does good on his birthday
2. Dwyane Wade did not play
3. They were playing Charlotte

What are you talking about? Shaq has been playing great lately. This was just the best game of them all, but he has been scoring 20+ on a consistent basis lately.

2. Dwyane Wade did not play

How does that detract from his performance? That means the defense could focus in on him more!

And I already acknowledged that they were playing Charlotte. Still, who else could really stop him? Ben Wallace maybe.... but certainly not shut him down. Outside of Wallace I dont know of anyone else who could do a better job than Brezec on Shaq.
