Kaspers Kambala Version 2- Complete patch

I Have just finished a complete update of Kaspers Kambala, which will be version 2.
I took Unoquepasa's advice and fixed his right eye.
Added a little bit more stubble to his hair, brought the hairline down and gave the front a line-up.
Added his tattoos.
Added his armband and wrist wrap.
