Who is your favorite game announcer?

Just out of curiosity, who is your favorite game announcer? Least favorite?

I have a few favorites... Tommy Heinshon and Mike Fratello (when he announced)... no least favs that I can think of.

fratello is more of a colour commentator...heinsohn is the most biased announcer in the world

my favourite play by play announcer is marv albert....i've gotten used to him and his "yes!!!"

who is the Clipper's announce who always yells 'bingo' when someone makes a shot. Is that Ralph Lawler? Whoever he is, his constant prodding towards the other commentator is hilarious...

I like the Kenny and Charles combo. Marv is great as well

Steve Kerr has a nice voice.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE: Doug Collins (you can't go one game without him mentioning that he coached Michael or Grant Hill or someone), the Clips' announcers Ralph Lawler & Mike Smith (who believes he is important because he played a few games for the Clips in the 80s), and of course, Bill Walton.

I like: Chick Hearn! (R.I.P.) and Hubie Brown.

I used to like the guys that used to commentate for NBA on NBC till NBA signed with ABC, TNT etc.

I think one of em was Bob Costa? Something like that.

the worst:
Marv Albert's partner on the YES! network when he commentates for the network during Nets games. if Marv's punchline is "yes!", then his partners' must be "You live with those results" since he says like a million times whenever i see Nets games telecasted on YES!

Back on i think it was Nintendo 64 wen i had nba jam 2000 it had them both comentating and that was just the greatest for me.

You gotta love Marv's "yesss!" and "it's good!"

Another favorite of mine is Ian Eagle. too bad he's no longer commentating.
