kevC meets Yao Ming again!

Yes, it's bound to happen ever so often in the small suburban city of Katy, I suppose. Some of ya'll recall my last encounter with him at the gas station when he wouldn't sign autographs or let us take pictures. Well, this time, I was chilling at Starbucks with my friends and lo and behold, he just walks in! There weren't many people at Starbucks so we were fortunate enough to not see him surrounded by a crowd. We took some pictures and got an autograph from him on the napkins!

Here are some pics I took with my phone:

They're not very good but my friend took some with his digital camera so I'll post some more up when I get those pics from him.

On a side note, he seemed to be walking well, kind of slowly. Hopefully he can get back on the court real soon.

2nd time is a charm in this case. At least you got a chance to take pics, you didn't get a chance to see what kind of car he was driving this time? I rememer last time you said something about a BMW or Mercedes that was made especially for him.

Yep, same car. A BMW that makes it look like he's driving from the back seat lol.

Oh, on second thought, this probably more belongs in the General Talk section. Someone move it, thanks.

Racist joke for the month...

I'm not surprised he didn't recognise you, since you all look the same anyways

It can stay in NBA Talk, the last one did.

I saw Nene at the Colorado Mills, they're usual people and there is no need to run up to them and ask for an autograph!

That signature doesn't even look like it spells Yao Ming. Yao must have messy writing. (N)

It says Yao Ming in chinese, even though it is quite messy, but then again, how many autographs are actually easily legible?
