i know shaq and wade have only been a duo for only one and a half season, so this may a bit of a biased question -- but judging from what you have seen so far, who has been the better complement to shaq -- kobe bryant or dwyane wade?
personally, i think it has to be bryant. although wade knows the spots where to give shaq the ball and what not, i think bryant delivered his passes with accurate precision. some of the passes he made to shaq in traffic were remarkable -- the shovel pass in the paint, the perfect lob with 3 people guarding shaq, the post entry pass and lead passes. despite the conflict(s) that these two might have had, when they were on the same page it was hard (and still is) to find a better duo than the two (other than mj/pip and stockton/malone).

I think Kobe's height might have a bit to do with his ability to get Snaq the ball. Admittedly it's also Kobe's brain that might persuade him not to give him the ball.

How come you didn't include Shaq and Penny? Although I don't think they're the best duo, they certainly did have their moments.

Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal worked when both guys decided to actually work together. The three rings prove it. And most importantly, they complemented eachother. (But the queston asks who complements Shaq most...)

You dont know until Shaq wins a championship with Miami until then id say Kobe.

The 3 rings say: "Kobe Bryant"

Aside from their off-court feuds and problems, i'd say Kobe.

Kobe!

the only thing that stopped them from more rings is kobes brain.... if only kobe was willing to let shaq dominate for 3 quarters and kobe take over the 4th like michael did with his teammates, then we could have seen possibly the greatest dynasty of alltime... of course there is no "if" in history

kobe

I'd say Phil Jackson. If it weren't for him breathing down Kobe's neck....
Anyways, given it was going from Kobe's hands to Shaq's, I'll go with Kobe aswell.

Kobe & Shaq were a nice inside outside duo....with Wade its an inside-inside thing.

a nice inside outside duo would be korver and shaq... with kobe and shaq it was 40 inside and 60 outside for kobe ... with korver it would be 100% on the outside while giving shaq room to roam freely

i think it's phil jackson, robert horry and fisher...
