Can somebody explain to me how the answer for level 3 is evilcat?! I had to look up the answer and even with this answer, I can't find it anywhere on the picture!

Crazy shit! Found the explanation of the third from another site:
I think I got the hang of it, won't cheat after 4.
SPOILER: Take the times in the last column and invision them on a analog clock. Each time is a different letter.

Heh, about the same here, did a few in the beginning, cheated untill the 7th or 8th, then did three and then cheated up to 20. 
Then checked the 49th. Couldn't understand shit.
