Lewis is playing out west and Boston is seemingly in rebuilding mode. Would you really want a headcase tutoring your youngsters?

Well i realize that and it sucks for the Pacers fans..'cause i believe anyone other than the ones mentioned won't be able to fill Ron's shoes..I mean, NY really can't offer NOONE to Indiana. They don't even have a natural SF :? (Ariza is more of a SG)..

Aja, pa drgac sm na NLSC ze posteno dolg cajta..le nekak ne postam veliko..Pozdrav tudi tebi

Ron Artest should be traded to Bobcats or Raptors or Hawks. That way Artest will regrett his babbling.

The most realistic trade I see happening is Lewis for Artest.

Unless those Western teams are stupid, then yeah, Lewis for Artest sounds great for both teams.

i could see a trade involving nyk

Walsh could probably get Zeke to take on croshere's contract too.

Indy in return, would probably get an expiring contract/still serviceable big man in antonio davis + 2 of nyk's younger guys (ariza, robinson, lee) in return

the pacers would have extra cap room in the next offseason, get 2 or 3 serviceable players, and finally get rid of that big distraction

That's a big no. I don't want Ron going to New York, that's what he wants, and he doesn't deserve what he wants.

If we trade with New York I want Channing Frye, and nothing else. Plus, I don't want to trade Croshere, not in the least bit. He's been huge for us this year, in face I wouldn't even trade Cro for the guys you mentioned.

Ron Artest is a great player but he is a little screwed in the head. I wonder where he will go.

i think you could be shit outta luck. i wouldn't want to see artest go to nyk because the bulls own the knicks 1st round pick. but...

the minute artest went to the press and demanded a trade, his trade value diminished. not to mention him saying he would only play for nyk and cleveland. or his baggage

what team would want to trade for him knowing all this info?

i think NYK is one of the few teams that would want to trade for him and ron artest would show up. walsh has been trying to get out of that croshere contact ever since he inked it lol. and i don't think Zeke would trade Frye. but that's just me

we'll see who are the other potential suitors within the next few days

I don't think Artest will go to Toronto, unless for Rose maybe ... How would you like Rose back Indy? I can see him going to Seattle, too, that makes the most sense. Or maybe the Hawks want more SF's ...

I think it isa more probable that NY would trade james, ariza and a future pick for artest... james would also be a good addition for the pacers, bec they are in need of a wide body to give jermaine o'neal some much needed relief in the pivot spot. ariza, granger and jackson can take turns manning the 3 spot...

just to really get rid of artest, this trade is possible, though scoring might be a problem, it addresses some front court issues of the indianna team, esp bec bender, pollard are already candidates for early retirement...

check this trade out in realgm.com: 2706579

If indianna insists on getting a scorer in exchange for artest, then starbury might be out of NY, coz brown doesn't like his game, but does like players who play serious D, even if they have baggage.

check this trade out in realgm.com: 2706514

I don't think this would happen, but NY could dump some salaries with this trade: 2706556

nope i found it funny. Frye/JO/KG all have similar jump shooting games.

i think he added that west coast thing cause he'd probably end up in seattle or sacaramento.

Isiah Thomas better get this without trading Frye.
going to be tough since pacers don't have any excessive over paid ppl like the knicks though

jalen rose back in indiana would be a disaster. have you seen him play this year in toron... oh wait me neither, the fool has hardly gotten any playing time. his shot selection sucks and his defense sucks.

Well said. I'd say it stings quite a bit for O'Neal and Stephen Jackson too, considering the price they paid for defending Artest last year.

If NY trades Marbury, they need to get a PG in return. If they trade Ariza I'm going to be so pissed, I can't say I won't be a Knicks fan anymore but I think I'll break some stuff like my pc's mouse and keyboard and shit.

Wow, I can already imagine how pissed Marbury would be if he were to be traded to Indiana.
Don't think Indiana wants Marbz though, Tinsley and Saras/AJ are good enough.
Personally, I wouldn't mind if the Knicks traded Marbury, I've never 'liked' him, (don't hate him though and not because of the reasons why many people dislike him), but Nate or JC as first PG would suck, that'd be worse than the Joe Johnson experiment.

I heard about the Artest thing Saturday or so... I still don't know why he wants to go to NY.
LOL, Dan Peterson, in an Italian TV network, said that Artest wants to go to NY just to shoot more   That's the most stupid thing I've heard in ages

I think the trade would be pretty imbossible. Look, if Artest says he want's to be traded, they won't do it... Unless, they get back, back BIG! You know what would be pretty funny? If he is going to be traded to Detroit... :D
