Bulls VS Wizards

Postby ShAuN on Sun Dec 11, 2005 3:04 pm

Anyone see the game on NBATV? It was a really exciting game. Arenas is awsome. Hes so good at getting to the hoop, and the line. He can drive and just pull up and drill the Jumper. But the Bulls jumped on the Wizards near the end of the game and went on a 16-0 run I think. They pulled away for the win.

I was kinda upset about Arenas's 42points (as weird as that sounds) Cuase I saw when he had 44 points last year against the 76ers, which was a career high. I saw the Spurs game this year when he had 43pts which was a season high. Then tonight, I watched the whole game, he had 42pts still with 9 minutes left in the game. He only took 2 shots in the rest of the game, one he was driving down the lane, he hit the shot and it was an offensive fould, which I thought was bs. He most likely would have gotten 45 right there. I thought he would have finished with 50 points. But obvously that says something about him, hes not really worried about his career points or whatever. Cause he was getting Butler and Jamison invloled alot.

I didn't see the game, but this is definitely good for my fantasy team. I'm impressed with the overall numbers he put up, but it's a shame that the Bulls won despite the effort.

ShAuN, the man is the most patriotic bloke ive ever seen in my life.

I doubt he'd seriously want to clone Adolf Hitler.

On topic, Gilbert is the man.

Gilbert is pretty much the only scoring PG I like (Magic and Payton could be the other ones).

Edit: Hinrich. Add him on the list. He's gonna be something special. Wait. He already is something special.

Ohhh alright, I was gonna say WTF.

BTW Those uniforms were retarded looking. Maybe if the Wizards one werent fucking orange and brown they would look half decent.

A comparison comes to mind:

Marbury or Arenas? Who would you pick as the PG for your team?
HE'S USING HYPNOSIS!

Arenas. Gilbert seems to help the team more than Marbury helps the team, plus I don't see attitude problems coming from Gilbert yet.

The retro craze is going too far, just like the headband craze a few years back. Now teams are wearing the jerseys of teams they don't really have any connection with, like the Heat and the ABA's Floridians and now the Bulls and the Stags of the BAA.
