What was the tallest player who couldn't dunk? Who couldn't get as high to dunk it? (I don't mean "whose dunks sucked" but who couldn't dunk at all).

Bronbron and VC. Having those two up there would make it the dunk contest of the decade.
Bored.

Stacey King was 6'11" but had about three dunks in his whole career.

I'd love to see some of the bigger names compete but that probably won't ever happen again. Hopefully Josh Smith and JR Smith compete again...6-8 competitors would be perfect, 2 dunks in the first round (4 advance), 3 dunks in the second round (2 advance) 3 dunks in the final round as it used to be would be great. No wheel, no additional requirements. Whatever they can come up with.

Bogues never competed in a dunk contest. Spud Webb of course won the 1986 contest, edging teammate and reigning champion Dominique Wilkins in the final round.
