Ditty tool?

Talk about NBA Live 06 here.

Ditty tool?

Postby cocobee on Tue Oct 25, 2005 6:47 am

I know someone in the MVP community was able to crack the ingame music for that game. Live has not let us put in our own ditty(music during the game, there like 3-5 seconds long--usually when the players bring the ball up or during a break)but here's a plea for anyone who can crack the in game music files for live 2006. It really adds to the atmosphere of the game. The ingame ditties now aren't bad, but it's always good to change the music every once in awhile.

I ask every year, just thought I'd throw it out there for anyone with that knowledge.

Yes...I wish we had some more programmers around or someone that understood this kind of stuff that could help us out!

there is an editor out for nhl 06 which opens the dat file of the game and you can put your own music into the game! haven´t tried it yet, though. but people who tried it out say it´s working great!

i don´t know if it works wih nba live.

i have it, if you want it, i can send it to you

I don't think the NBA Live series have .dat files at all. That's the reason a lot of tools from NHL and Madden doesn't work for Live...

Damn man, you make all the great tools! Please hook us up with a tutorial on how to convert EA's music to .wav and vice versa (btw. does this mean you're able to put new in-game sounds in there?).

There is a way, I've done it, but I don't remember where I got the program from. If you'd like, I'll upload it, if I can find it on my harddrive :P

There. You have to put both files in the music folder and run the sx.exe, I think.
