I actually think that Ebi has talent. Why do you hate him so much Riot?

Ndudi Ebi is one of the worst players I've ever seen play. I saw him play live in two summer league camps, vs. the Spurs last year and on TV vs. the Hornets. The guy just doesn't have a clue.

Did he do good last year when he finally played? 13ppg and 8rpg, but the thing is everytime down the floor the team would just give it to Ebi so he can do an isolation. I think Ebi passed the ball maybe 5 times TOTAL the whole summer league this year. The guy either turns it over or throws up a stupid shot. He thinks he's Kobe Bryant out there and it's pathetic.

Defensively, he guards the ball and not his man. He gets caught out of position way too easily and bites on pump fakes and other moves too much.

Does he have talent? Hell yes. The problem is he doesn't have a clue and it's obvious he was the star all the way through his life. He doesn't know how to play team basketball.

Jugs, looks like Villanueva ya bitch is doing good. 15 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assists and 4 blocks. Pretty impressive. Tierre Brown was great as well with 24 points and 7 assists. Calderon numbers were pretty good coming off the bench.

he comes off the bench, he doesnt need to worry about fouls and SHOULD foul 4-6times/game. it means he is playing hard - he has the fouls and should bloody well use them.

i saw the box-scores for bucks/pistons just before half-time today, Darko had played 2min, and grabbed 4 boards, 4 points and 2 blocks!!! the man is great! (fuck you brown  )

foxtel needs to get nbatv...

it's all about The Darko now. He's gonna own the entire Knicks squad, and then shit on Larry Brown's face.

Impressions from the Pacers-Jazz game:

Well, I finally saw what all the Saras hype was this offseason. The guy can flat out play. If he keeps playing the way he is, and Tinsley continues to play such absolutley garbage games the way he did today, Sarunas will be starting before the all-star break without a doubt. He was by far the MVP for the game, putting up 18 points and 4 assists on 2-4 3 point shooting.

On the other hand, Jonathon Bender is once again Jonathon Bender. His knee is now just a scapegoat for him sucking. Period. He plays great in the first game, so the knee is fine. Then against Utah, he absolutley sucks, fouls out early in the game, and makes a grand total of 0 field goals. Then of course, his post-game quotes are that his knee is sore. Come JON, what a load of bullshit.

Stephen Jackson once again showed his competitiveness. He didn't shoot the ball too well, but I think he played pretty good. His defense was intense, he wasn't really forcing shots too much, he just wasn't knocking them down. He sat out for a lot of the first half, calmed himself down, and finished with 15 points.

Tinsley played bad. I'm not putting too much stock in it because he's really not playing with the lineup he's used to, and the focus goes away from guys like him during the pre-season. No big deal, I hope...

Artest played like Ron Artest. He had 23 points and 6 rebounds on 6-13 shooting. Not to mention that he held AK47 to 8 points in 21 minutes. His defense was stellar, his offense was solid, he led the team tonight, and was a very key part in the victory.

Danny Granger was equally as impressive. In his first NBA game, he looked like a vet. He scored 9 points and had 4 rebounds in 25 minutes. His rebounding game was even better then the stat sheet shows, he was very active, and did a great job on Memhet Okur and AK downlow on the boards.

I gotta get back to work, more to come later.

Hows his defence?
I still think Tinsley will be starter all season, being the superior defender. J Will and Billups would kill Sarunas in the playoffs.

Yeah. But drafting on need sometime come back to byte you (see Araujo and the Raptors, Weiss and the Knicks, Diop and the Cavs and all the other bust centers taken in the top 15). I'm not sold on Bynum. is he, at least, playing some in pre season games?

Not that I'm aware of... I hated the Bynum pick as a Laker fan, but yeah I guess you've just got to take things how they come. Granger was never going to be picked by them, too many small forwards. But awell, at least none of the PG's I wanted them to take instead are tearing it up.

TJ Ford - 19pts 3reb 9ast 2 steals in about 30 minutes!!!! Nice game. Bucks got up over the Pistons 104-94. Pretty sweet highlights on nba.com as well, including a look away alley oop pass by ford to Mason, plus to Gadzuric dunks.

Bogut supposedly played ok. 9pts and 6 reb and a couple of assists as well. Wasn't scholled by Big Ben this time. Going by the Bucks fans at realgm he played a better game than the stats imply.
