Surgery? Budding superstar? This can't be good.
Sat Oct 08, 2005 10:57 pm
He just got a contract extention too
Sat Oct 08, 2005 11:25 pm
let's hope he recovers and goes back to schooling Tim Duncan's silly ass.

We lost Kemp. FFS, we can't loose Amare.
Sun Oct 09, 2005 12:25 am
goddamn
I really enjoyed seeing him fooling TD around
Sun Oct 09, 2005 12:30 am
That sounded peverted ^
Best of luck to Amare, hope for a speedy recovery
Sun Oct 09, 2005 1:16 am

Sun Oct 09, 2005 2:51 am

I was debating who to pick in my fantasy basketball draft between Dirk and Amare. I was leaning towards Dirk and now I'm picking him for sure.
Sun Oct 09, 2005 4:40 am
No he isn't, he's fine. Joe Johnson is still a Sun. The Suns didn't include Nate Robinson inthe Q trade.
Sun Oct 09, 2005 4:42 am
what?

Malfa: it's called 'sarcasm.'
Fuck, this is bad news. Fuck. I sure hope there's nothing wrong with his knee. First Penny, now Amare?
zmac: Doesn't look like he packed on the pounds since he's at a different angle and the background is all black, giving him that "bigger" effect.
Sun Oct 09, 2005 11:08 am
Yeah, I don't know about that either.
Sun Oct 09, 2005 12:18 pm
What a shame, he got an extension but it was heavy on his knee
Sun Oct 09, 2005 2:27 pm
He's an incredible player and it would be terrible if this is actually bad for him. Hopefully it's not..
Sun Oct 09, 2005 2:50 pm
Hes not in Mid-Season Form yet...With the way PHX plays he'll get there real quick.
It should be taken seiously, i think he injured the same knee his 2nd year and he only played 21 games and the Suns were H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E

Actually, the lowest amount of games he ever played in a season was 55 games not 21.

Just about the last thing Phoenix needed to happen. Beyond that the NBA doesn't need another budding star struck down with injury before really entering his prime; lest we forget Antonio McDyess. And I doubt Amare is enjoying the situation either. Bad news all around.
