Kind of strange if you ask me...isnt he old??? Lakers were going with a younger looking team then comes this!?!?!

They needed a though veteran post player that knew the triangle, and could back up the young players. Now they have him.

I remember Blount on my NBA live '97. He had like a 93 dunk rating. (Y)

Good to see Corie and Jax reunited. I guess Phil wants another player other than Kobe and Walton who know the triangle offence theory and help their teammates to learn.

I guess they needed a player still able to move. At this stage of his career, H. Grant would be usefull as a player coach, at best, but he doesn't have the Hall of fame pedigree required by the Lakers. Blount has always been a capable backup player.

c'mon man...u got to get get math tutors...if he was born in 69 and its 2005...that makes him either 35 or 36!

Sorry, I didnt put that much thought into it. It's a worthless signing in a worthless thread. Math was never my subject anyway. Your's must be English. Grab a dictionary and look up S-A-R-C-A-S-T-I-C.
