Kwame wanted to slap Arenas

You know, I like Kwame, and I was really rooting for him in LA, but he just said a lot of stupidness in that article. He was developing these conspiracy theories from who know's where. Arenas not passing to him because he left Gil's agent? Then he's talking about how his house is bigger, and saying Arenas who fought for him to not get suspended, told people not to boo him, and visited him was responsible for him not playing?

Kwame actually got the same FG attempts per minunte last season as 03-04. Towards the end of the season, last year, teammates were saying Kwame should shoot more. Arenas said he makes them in practice, contested shots, not shoot-around, but never shoots in games, Etan Thomas was saying he had a very good shot and should be shooting. So a guy who didn't want to shoot was complaining about not getting the ball?

Michael Wilbon: I'm glad you brought up Kwame Brown, since he popped off in The Post Sunday to Michael Lee. Kwame Brown's problem isn't primarily a problem of technique.

Kwame Brown is a jerk. He behaves like a bum toward his teammates. He's irresponsible. And he's a liar. He called Gilbert Arenas last night to say he was misquotes. Kwame is a liar and a bum. Gilbert Arenas, who is a stand-up kid, went to Kwame's house after Kwame had been suspended for quitting on his team, and picked him up and brought him to practice...Went TO KWAME'S HOUSE...Called Kwame all the time to check on him,

Kwame Brown is a bum, and I can't say it any other way. And guys who aren't accountable, are lazy, and know it all while talking trash about what they're GOING to do never amount to anything in any area where competition is ongoing.

I am a big Kwame fan and always have been. I'm rooting for him to blow up in a big way in L.A. and shed the "bust" label.

But things like this don't help at all; the man needs to shut his yap, focus on his off-season regimen and just ball.
