Kwame Brown should shut up and worry about proving himself worthy in LA. Really, he doesn't have any room to talk right now in my eyes.
Mon Oct 03, 2005 11:30 am
I hope he can use the temper during the game as a motivation..
Mon Oct 03, 2005 11:32 am
I try not to use the words "motivation" and "Kwame Brown" in the same sentence.

Gilbert Arenas Said:
"That's the coach's decision. I'm not the coach. I'm not the GM," Arenas told the paper. "If he feels I have that much pull that I could pull him in and out of the game, then I guess he would blame me. If that's his excuse for missing practices -- to blame me -- then I'm strong enough to take the responsibility. But I never told Coach to put him out the game."
I think its big of him to say that, whether hes bullshitting or not. To take that responsibility, hes good leader.

Don't know who to believe, if Kwame Brown or G.A.
Either way, I'm tired of these little soap operas between players. Why don't they solve this in private.

Kwame wanted to slap Arenas, but I'm sure Arenas and the whole city of Washington wanted to slap Kwame... can you spell B-U-S-T?

Ye man. Alot of people expected alot from Kwame but what can you do. Coming straight from HS, 1st Pick and the media hounding you. Hopefully he can start fresh with the Lakers.

until brown can prove that he actually plays basketball, he should kepp his mouth shut and try to earn at least some respect.

He can play ball, but how can he do shit when he never gets minutes or is injured. I use to call Kwame a bust too but when you look at it hes never gotten a real chance to prove himself.
Mon Oct 03, 2005 7:22 pm
I'm not entirely sure who to believe either, though (like most people I'm sure) I'm more inclined to believe Arenas. I'm with Riot on this one, Kwame should put Washington behind him and focus on proving his critics wrong and dedicating himself to the rebuilding in Los Angeles.

I'm thinking that this year will be a coming out party for Brown. He'll gain some confidence and it'll start from there. I mean, Bryant made Mihm look not useless, so I'm expecting him to make Brown a good player.

Kwame's such a crazy biatch. I think Michael Jordan correctly drafted him number one because he is an incredible athlete for a bigman. However, it is not easy to read the mind of a young guy. And Kwame has a retarded mind that may never allow his athletic gifts to flourish.

Maybe Kwame is a flaming homosexual. He wanted to slap Gilbert rather than hit him
Mon Oct 03, 2005 11:36 pm
You beat me to the joke Cyanide.
I would've done something seriously wrong to him
Kwame considers "slapping" someone as something serious. Scaaaryyy..

oh man- he wanted to slap arenas. i can't wait to hear what he says after lacing it up with #8
Tue Oct 04, 2005 5:39 am
I would pay a penny to see a picture of Kwame bitch-slapping Arenas.
Tue Oct 04, 2005 5:52 am
Fuck him, why should he play if hes not going to show up for practice, hes a millionair for playing somthing thats a hobby. Obviously not showing up for practice isnt a good thing, and I agree with Arenas. Kwame should be proving himself he was the 1st pick and should have fell in the late 1s round/ early second round, he SHOULD go to practice and prove himself.
