That's like saying Jordan shaved his hair so he can be faster on the court.

Make no mistake, Ginobili grew out his hair to combat his receding hair line, and that has no bearing on his performance whatsoever.

Oh, and tell the US team that Argentina could have beat them without Manu. He ripped them for 27 points.

Um...... Argentina wasnt the only team beat US in the Olympic, right??? Arroyo looked like a superstar in the Olympic too, but guess what, he only averged 20mpg last season, not to mention how many DNPs he had, I dont believe Argentina will lose for sure if they have no Manu.
US team was just horrible last year... you cant deny that...

Did you all see his dunk picture in this year's rewind challenge, that dunk was the weakest dunk I have ever seen by a NBA player, and Spurs fans cheated, so Manu's picture was actually winning huge, but I guess the webmaster fixed it,,,,, I would stop watching NBA if his picture won over Kobe's

I hate Manu Ginobili, for the same reasons you do (he flops and is fucking ugly) but he is a good player. He isn't a superstar, but he was an all-star this year and being drafted #57 and becoming an all-star seems pretty damn good. He has won a gold medal, won MVP in the olympics, has won two titles and is an all-star in the NBA. He maybe overrated, but you can't deny what he has accomplished as a team and as an individual.

Well, go check Manu stats when Duncan didn't play. Against the Clips, 40 points, 3 rebs, 9 assists. Against Utah, 31 pts, 8 reb, 7 ast. I guess he's not an idiot anymore.

You seem to be the only person on this planet who doesn't think that a player like Manu Ginobili isn't a steal. He may not be as good as a lot of the players mentioned in this thread, but I'm sure if every team knew what Manu would turn out to be, he would have been drafted a lot higher.
