In-Stock doesn't mean it's up in the shelves. He probably had to haggle the store owner to take him in the backroom so he can take a copy. But yes, it's a bit odd that Andrew (whom I believe has direct contact between Live producers yes?) doesn't have a copy. Shouldn't also mr. shane make an announcement about this as he does work for the live production team right?

Just got back from my local EB and have tweo copies in my hands.

But like I said above, having them in-stock doesn't mean they are up for retail? EB Games have to do an inventory procedure with these copies which could up to the release dates. Because you know that sticker on the box? It doesn't arrive like that...they have to check how many they have in stock and put the sticker there.

who cares, the CAN and USA versions will most likely have the updated roster cus it will be shipped later so they might have tweaked that

I doubt they would because of online gameplay. They need all versions to have the same rosters and be running the same version i think.

More likely there would be a patch for all versions to update rosters. Or if the US version is updated they would probably release a patch for the Asia-Pacific version to make it the same

Anyway, finally Australia gets some kind of technology released before the rest of the world, great to see. I ordered mine from gamehead yesterday and when I saw it say that it was "in stock" I assumed it just a mistake, however obviously not.

yo...go to any player (preferably one that doesnt have a superstar... go to gerald green or fred jones) to edit the player, and see if you can give them a superstar ability (for one of those players i mentioned... highflyer) ... so you can tell us if you can give any players superstar abilites

for the ones who has the game, would you actually spend all that money for the kinda outdated rosters only to find out in the future release that there was some real crazy feature included in those releases instead of these?

what would u do if that was the case...i'd probably get ticked off finding out that the later version was better (not saying it is, just merely speculation)

WOW...my doubts are gone. I'm really surprised that it releases 2 weeks in advance in Australia. i have to wait till 30 th sept. here in Europe.

What could they possibly change in 2 weeks or 10 days on a game where you need to implement new players and also sound files to match those players? i recon if you update the rosters for a later version, you also have to have marv albert to say his name, so you need marv to come back in the last week to say the names? doesn't make sense to me. but hey.....who knows.....
