House Signs Two-Year Deal With Phoenix

Postby BOSS on Sat Sep 10, 2005 3:43 pm

House in the house: ESPN's Ric Bucher reported that guard Eddie House has agreed to a two-year, $1.8 million deal with the Suns. House averaged 5.8 points per game with the Kings last season.

Yes, that is all they got written down. Good Pick up i guess. They needed a backup centre more but good pick still

It'll do fine. He can score from the back-up point and 2-guard. There could be a better player. But I won't lose any sleep over this. Speaking of sleep... I need to eat some dinner, watch Letterman, and go to bed. I better hurry up.

I feel sorry for House. He's a good scorer and has done well on some teams, I mean he was averaging like 10/4 for Charlotte and they just cut him. I think he'll do well if he stays in Phoenix.

Too bad Jacobsen is a chucker two-guard....

House was really good in charollete, afthe teh brawl in the home-and home the pistons had with charollete House scored like 23 points in the double over time game, too bad they cut him but he'll be good as a backup

House is infinitely more valuable on a team like this than Jacobsen.

This is a desperate move by the Phoenix Suns to keep up with the Timberwolves breath-taking addition of Anthony Carter two days ago.

Phoenix still doesn't have a decent backup for Nash. I mean, House and Barbosa aren't true points, so they'll have serious problems in minutes when Nash is resting on the bench.

Given that Nash should be playing at least around 35 minutes per game and is relatively healthy, the Suns really only need a couple of point guards whom are solid enough to fill in for a few minutes here and there. They don't need a super sub at the point.

i think house is going to play probably 10 to 15 minutes. suns like a running and shooting point guard and house is that type of guy.
