Looks very cool. Nice background.

The VC pic is blurry and I'm not sure if you did a poor job cutting it, or if that's supposed to be a white stroke. But it doesn't look good. And the stroke on the text is too thick. Also take a look at my Player/photo effects tutorial for stuff on making your player photos look better.

I agree, the text kills it, as far as there was anything to kill.
Nah j/k, it's pretty good, but really the text is too big, too ordinary and all-capitals doesn't really look good.

You can make your own. Make a document that's 5 x 5 or something and use the pencil to draw a line across the middle both ways. Then edit-->define brush in a brushset that is yours. You don't want them popping up in a fractals set.
