Well, teams were officially able to sign Free Agents and make deals about 15 minutes ago. I don't see a thread for keeping track of what is and isn't official, so this can help.

Rockets Signs Stromile Swift
After coming to a verbal agreement on July 19, Memphis Grizzlies free agent forward Stromile Swift officially became a member of the Houston Rockets on Tuesday, August 2nd. The Rockets got the man they targeted for this offseason, despite strong advances from the New Jersey Nets and the Seattle SuperSonics. A five-year veteran of the NBA, Swift brings averages of 9 points and 5 rebounds a game, as well as a much-needed dose of youth and athleticism to a ballclub in dire need of those traits.

They never said anything about the Grizzlies getting Ostertag at first, they just said Memphis got him and traded him to Utah. Now it says in the transcript:
Memphis, Tennessee, August 2, 2005 – Memphis Grizzlies President of Basketball Operations Jerry West announced today the Grizzlies have acquired guard Bobby Jackson and center Greg Ostertag in a trade with the Sacramento Kings in exchange for guard Bonzi Wells.

Shaq resigning with the Heat is now official. But the contract was $20 mil less than expected, or $5 mil per year less. Apparently this is so the Heat can use the money for their mid-level exceptions.

Shaq just signed a 5 year $100 million contract
MIAMI -- Shaquille O'Neal signed a $100 million, five-year contract with the Miami Heat on Tuesday, a deal that gives the 12-time All-Star center security he wanted while not draining all the team's resources

The Sacramento Kings acquired guard Bonzi Wells from the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday in a long-anticipated trade for guard Bobby Jackson and center Greg Ostertag.
The Grizzlies then traded Ostertag to the Utah Jazz for guard Raul Lopez, forward Kirk Snyder and center Curtis Borchardt.

That trade isn't done yet according to 15 10 Radio.
As of now, the rumour is a TE, Emmett or Borchard, Q. Woods and a 2nd to Boston.
