An actuall quote from LakersGround

Thread: sp*rs signed Fabricio Oberto?? Poster: Travis Bickle
Screw the sp*rs. They are unAmerican. More example of corperate outsourcing. USA! USA! USA!

This post got ONLY positive reactions. I don't know if this is only a sign of overall ignorance of LakersGround posters or - as says general opinion here in Slovenia - Americans trully live in their own, special world. I don't know if they're retarded, but with this kind of comments (I tried to detect any kind of sarcasm, but it was unexistant) they must be.

No, it's just some Lakers being shortsighted... If the Lakers cannot win, it's never the Lakers' fault, the other teams must be doing something weird or illegal...
Don't you go minding hardcore Laker fans, now...

Moved to NBA Talk I suppose.

How can a team be un-american? Just because they have a few foreign players doesn't make them un-american. Actually, what makes a team american per-cé?

what would make a team american? i can answer that one. first you start with one hell of a rich owner who hires a bunch of other rich people to run his buisness. then you go out and get yourself 12 temps from the local temp agency to fill your roster and sit back and enjoy the profits from over worked unpayed laborers.

I'm inclined to agree. Just a few ignorant people/people with a lame sense of humour.
