About time... Do you think it's a coincidence that almost nobody on the same team can stand this guy after two years with him?

Hi ssuccess is great, but he just seems to overstay his welcome pretty soon wherever he goes...

Bring back Rick Carlisle to Detroit...

Don't even joke...

To quote someone from the pacers digest board, Larry Brown is like a sexy girl with a horrible personality. The temptation is just so great, but when it's over its a relief.

I dont like him myself, but its hard to argue that the Pistons werent on the map before Brown, then they were NBA Champs and Finalists in the 2 seasons he's had with them. And its not like their old coach was Tim Floyd, Rick C is a phenomenal coach.

The two big changes were Larry Brown and Sheed Wallace. Larry will go, Sheed will stay, let's see how they do now.

I hope Flip doesn't go to Detroit. I hope Flip goes to Seattle so the Wolves can play him 4 times as a division rival.

I don't think the Pistons can get back to the NBA Finals without Larry Brown, honestly.

Hmm, if Carlsie never got traded, he'd probably be still with the Pistons, and possibly have a ring.

Now the Pistons lose both (n)

Amen, I think that FLip will be the next Pistons coach, hes been sitting around waiting for the job to open up. It would be good because the T-Wolves had young talent (Garnett) when he started there and he used them, the Pistons are in the same boat they have Delfino, Darko, and Maxiell and hopefully they'd get some PT.

Mon Jul 11, 2005 1:23 am

I can imagine Darko yelling "Freeeeeeeedoooooom!" a la Braveheart right now.

Mon Jul 11, 2005 2:11 am

Good signs for Delfina, Darko and Arroyo. All those european guys are rotting on the bench...... I guess that was Larry Brown's payback after the olympics.

Mon Jul 11, 2005 2:20 am

Arroyo is from Puerto Rico, and Delfino is from Argentina. The only european is Darko

Mon Jul 11, 2005 2:26 am

 I was gonna mention that but I think you did a better job then I would.

Mon Jul 11, 2005 3:04 am

Bah, they're all Europeans to me.

Mon Jul 11, 2005 8:12 am

I guess that makes me european to you :?

Knicks Brace for Brown-Out

I doubt the Pistons would let Brown go to the Knicks.

I still think it'd be a good idea for Brown to move on. He doesn't seem very motivated, and I can see the team ready to moev on. I'd like to see Darko play more, too.
