If I ever need to lose weight I would like to try something from TellSell. I know many people complain that all their stuff is fake and doesn't work but I would really want to try that stuff.

Wohoo, gonna test my bloodpressure and bodyfat % soon.
I recently signed up to this new gym not far from where I live and it includes a free test to see what shape I'm in.

Should be interesting :)

Anyway, Filip, I know about those tests, pretty fancy but not to be taken for granted. Good for only a general idea about your fitness. hard work can bring you past any limitations the trainers 'claim' are genetically imposed on you. Trust me. 8-)

My advice for you is don't be so lazy next time, keep up a decent diet and exercise routine. I doubt you'll lose any weight anyway no matter what you do.

So I'm basicly a bit to skinny. But pretty okey results I guess.
I also did a running test. 12 minuts on the band and it was a bit better than the average, so that was cool.

Eat less and do more exercise.(best is running or jogging for 30 mins.)
You need strong will and determination if you really wanna keep fit, and there's no easy way to do that.

You also need to sleep early and have enough sleep if you wanna lose fat healthily.

You need to eat to probably 70%-80% max, then stop. Take breakfast and Lunch.
Dinner can be ignored or just eat fruit, cuz you won't be doing too much at night so don't need more energy.
Drink lots of water too to let the old shit comes out.

I heard weight lifting also helps cuz they burn fat.
The more muscle you have the more calories it burn everytime no matter what you do.

Not necessarily eat less, but eat better selections of foods would be more beneficial. Running and jogging for at least 30 minutes complemented with weight training every other day gives the best results.

Dinner should be eaten, not avoided, but you're right, most of the intake should be taken during the morning. At night, carbs should be avoided as much as possible, and stick with high protien/high fats (not saturated or transfat, but mono and polyunsaturated fats).

Drink lots of water too to let the old shit comes out.

Excellent advice (y) and yes, the more muscles you have, the faster you can burn fat, because every for every pound of muscle, it burns 50 extra calories (required to maintain that muscle)

If I'm correct, 3500 calories=1 pound. Try to burn more calories than you take in a day-watch what you're putting in. No chips, especially no soda, none of that stuff high in calories. No potatoes either.

How tall and how old are you so I can put this into perspective? Go play some basketball or something, burn some calories. Don't cut out eating all together cuz you have to be able to maintain yourself. If you don't eat you'll feel week, etc.

You're a very smart guy to plan looking for help a week and a half before going on vacation.

That's a nice fat pecentage , if you want to take up a light form of fitness-bidynuilding anytime soon. Anything below 10% and it will help you look ripped up. (Y)

You should have thought about this shit earlier, fatty.

Also, you're American so being big won't make you anymore out of place than the majority.

I understand -- you're trying to get some poon from the beach honies. How about waiting 'till night where you can hit a club, get some hottie shit-faced, and take her back to your room. (Works for me )

I remember before when Doobie posted asking for some exercise advise. A lot of people posted too. And obviously he didn't follow diddly squat, so why should we even help him? He asks 9 days before he's going on vacation how to lose a ridiculous amount of weight, do you think he's even going to lose anything with his "work ethic" he seems to have now? I'm sorry Doobie, but it's the truth. :\

Still, no reason why one shoudl insult him. Work ethic in the teens is hard to find, so at least let's encourage someone to do the right thing, even if we have to repeat ourselves every now and then.

No, you're not getting old. In fact, trying growing up. I didn't insult. You think he's gonna go run into his room and cry after reading my post?

In seriousness Doobie, I recommend trying to get into a weight room before your vacation starts. Turn that 165 lbs. into muscle. Do abdominal exercises and strength training to turn the piece of meat that you are now into one studly muffin. Most importantly, however, eat healthy. Save the MacDonald's for never(really, even after your vacation) and get serious about this.

I don't know how old you are so weight room stuff may be too advanced for you. Honestly, some ages shouldn't be in there. Trying doing fifty sit-ups and push-ups at night and in the morning. You might also wanna try hitting the pool and doing some laps before dinner.

 Why do I even bother? Time will help straighten you up, time will help.

I agree. Except for the "peace of meat into sturdy muffin  " part, that is...
