I need URGENT help, I weigh 165 in fat (not muscle) and i need serious help on losing weight . It might sound impossible but i want to get from 165 to 140-150 as soon as july 6!!!! I am going on vacation to the Dominican Republic and i want to lost atleast some of my stomach before i go , since i will be at beaches and i don't want to have a stomach and all of that . Please give me tips on how to lose as much weight as possible by July 6th!!!!!! please ill appreciate it , thanks in advance.

20 pounds in about a week and a half... um.. yeah impossible, but I guess you could try the Atkins diet mixed with some Chinese diet tea. It makes you shit everything you eat according to my brother.

Yeah run a good 3-4 miles a morning with heavey clothes on and youll sweat off a lot of weight.

Play basketball, work out, the obvious stuff. Or you can take those weight loss pills.

Wow, that seems like wishing for a lot. You might want to join a gym & ask about "spinning" that shit will tire you out but works like a charm.

If you prefer stay at home things, sit ups, pushups & jumping rope. Running is a great way too. Eat more often but lesser quantity of foods. Drink a lot of fluids, it gives you more of a "full" feeling. Don't eat late, this slows your metabolism. :)

Sorry to break this to you DK, but being a veteran of gyms and workouts in general, the only way to lose 20 pounds of fat in 10 days is Lipo-suction, and I wouldn't wish that procedure to my worst enemy... Plus you would be to weak to move out of bed for the next 10 days or so, so goodbye beaches...

Just follow the advice the other guys gave you, get in agroove, and you'll start feeling better... From then on, it's automatic... (Y)

2 or 3 pounds max, and only if you're lucky... Anything more will be fluids lost, and won't do anything to better your appearance,plus you'll get it back soon afterwards...

Not to mention unhealthy. I think the safest is a pound a week, but 2-3 pounds is ok I guess.

Go on a strict but healthy diet. Here's some examples that would work well: eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, 100% whole wheat bread, chicken breasts, tuna, green veggies, olive oil, nuts and peanut butter.

Remember: Drink lots of water, get 7-8 hours of sleep a night, and avoid transfat and fructose (found in cereals, candy, etc, but fruits are good)

Another hint: Eat 6 smaller meals rather than 3 huge meals. Makes a huge difference! (y)

i dont know know if this can help you but it helps me a few months ago.........have those LBM induced pills and lose about 6 lbs in 2 days.......just drink water plenty of it and no solid food......your ass might be pretty much messed up as well as the comfort room but hey in 2 days you can see the result :lol: :lol: :lol: no kidding!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8-)

I suggest you just throw up 3 times a day in the next 10 days :lol:

But just run alot and just do alot of crunches. Crunches would help more in the stomach if thats what your thinking about losing the most. Just do about a 100 a day and you should lose some of it.

I run 2 miles a day before work, and then I do some lifting and some situps and pushups after work. It's a nice little exercise thing I do. I lose a lot of weight because I'm always on my feet in the morning.

I was never fat but I've gained quite a bit of muscle and I'm getting mad lean 8-) just by doing this. I suggest you workout for 9 days straight without stopping at all. (Y)

But yeah, you should try some running, swimming, lifting, situps, and of course dieting. Just try good old fashion exercise. Not only does it help you stay in shape, but it's fun too!

The Atkins diet is a quicker (more controversial) way of losing weight then anything anyone is suggesting here. You're not going to lose 20 points in 9 days by running 50 miles in the morning, because you'll then come home and be so hungry from suddenly having to exercise so much you'll put on everything you burnt off. The Atkins diet as far as I know is just nothing but non-carbs food... meat, fish, eggs, cheese etc but no pasta, bread, rice. I'm sure there'd be stuff about it on the internet because I don't really know a great deal about it from what I've seen on TV apart from the fact that those people seemed to lose alot of weight very rapidly.

Am i the only one who noticed it? i've always liked this forum, and this is the first time i've seen people use such a racially descriminating word. Second, I'd also have to agree with Jae on the Atkins Diet. It's not considered one of the healthiest things to do but again I'm not Dr.Phil to decide that kinda shit. If you wanna lose quick weight then go nuts on that. Do a google search on "Atkins Diet" and you'll get some tips there.

I also recommend masturbating atleast 5 to 8 times a day wearing a wet suit. (Cut a hole where needed)

Now, if neither of these work... sell cocaine for a few days and save enuff money without having yourself killed to afford liposuction.

Then do the hoola-hoops...
Eat something that makes u shit all the dirty stuff
Get some pills that makes ur shit flow like crazy too...
OH yeah, there is some doc that has some massage therapy for losing weight too

And eat normally...but skip the dinner...

Doobie: Do 5 sets of 15 crunches to start off with per day.. then have 1 rest day and do it again. When ur comfortable do more, your body will only get stronger and burn the fat if u let it rest.

But obviously, I'm talking more longterm than short!

Oh, dont eat after 6:30 or ur body cannot get rid of the fat!
