10 is the best envelope. The player improves on both offense and defense and peaks at age 30. Good improvement in athletism.
0 is probably the second best. The player too improves on both offense and defense, but not in steals and 3pt shooting. However the rate of improvement in other major statistical categories is pretty dramatic. Peaks at age 30. Usually seen in development of big men. If you want a lot of points, blocks, rebounds and decent assists, this is the one. Limited improvement in athletism.
1 and 11 are examples of good envelopes where the player improves greatly on defense but little on offense. Will peak at 31 instead of 30.
There are other good envelopes where the player stops improving after the age of 26. For these the improvements come on offense only. 1-dimensional, but better than no improvement at all.
Anyway 10 is my favorite envelope
