Are you guys gonna wait to get this game for X-Box 360 (oh GOD does it look beautiful...) or get it on whatever system you have now?

I don't plan on getting an Xbox 360, so I'll be getting the PC version (and possibly the PS2 version - I generally get both).

well I say that nintendo EAD is the greatest developer of all time bar none and that every nintendo system is worth the price (nintendo hardware has always been the most reasonably priced) of entry for that reason alone..

Nintendo will never regain it's mass market appeal (if SNES could have even been considered as having mass market appeal in comparison to the playstation), but it will always be at the forefront of gameplay design, gameplay innovation through hardware, and the fundamentals of gameplay that directly contribute to enjoying game experiences not just immersion. In many ways I find Sony and Microsoft to be entirely short sighted in their approach to the next generation. If indeed high budget blockbuster games is the future of this industry then we're in even more trouble than we are now in terms of the increasing lack of diversity in games. I'd rather have 1 katamari damacy, sam & max (or grim fandango), or vietiful joe than a thousand world war 2 and movie cash in games.. Nintendo next generation will be the only console making any hardware driven gameplay advances beyond the aesthetic and the only platform supporting independent developers.. for you to make a flippant remark like that is a spit in the face to all that is good and pure in this industry..

by the time the game is launched the PC grafix will be up par with the xbox360 ones. I can't believe everyone is making such a fuss about those 360 grafix... PC will ALWAYS be ahead of consoles.

I'll most probably be getting it for the PS2. I'm intrigued by the 360 ... I'm not too sure if I will end up purchasing one, but if I do I'd definitely wait and get Live for it. I'm most likely not going to get the 360 though, and will wait for the PS3.

The PS2 version is released first, and I like to get my hands on the game as quickly as possible. The last couple of years I've been able to get a free copy of the PC version as part of the EA Sports Community Leaders program. My main Dynasty in NBA Live 2004 was on the PS2 while I used the PC version mainly to patch and for exhibition games, this year my Dynasty's on the PC.

Yeah but who wants to sit around watching it on a tiny 19 inch monitor?

I'd rather get the 360 version. I just hope the release date isn't too far behind the PS2 and Xbox.

Firstly if I do get the PS3 or Xbox2, I'll wait to get them. So that the price goes down a bit. So that means I'd have to wait longer to be able to get Live 06.

In other words, screw that, I'm getting it for PS2 given my PC would just combust or something if I put in the Live 06 CD (or DVD, whichever). Third year straight on the PS2.
