Yea that evil Wade guy that only brought them back in the game in the 3rd quarter, and was clearly not close to 100% in the game. What a terrible player and ball hog, he shouldn't have taken shots he always makes.

Also he only won the Wizards series for them, and along with Shaq was the main reason they got that far and to game 7, terrible, terrible guy.

Well, I :applaud: the Heat for managing 7 games with the defending world champions while being as banged up as they were. And to say they weren't is just ignorance.

On another note, I hope SA rips Detroit apart.

good call. what was detroit supposed to do? sit out one of their players to make it even

0-6 in the fourth!!!

So they trade him 'cause he had a bad quarter??

Wed Jun 08, 2005 10:19 am

Two games playing extremely tough defense isn't the best thing to watch. It's going to turn into hockey or soccer or one of those sports where it will go forever until a team actually wins a point, if I want to see that I'll watch soccer or hockey (oh woops they had a lockout  ).

0-6 in the fourth!!!

Did we miss the part that he had a rib injury and wasn't supposed to be playing in the first place? I wonder how playing a full game affects an injury like that? He was obviously feeling the burn after playing 3 quarters, and still kept them in the game in the 3rd which wore him out. 3rd quarter: 5-6 FG, 2-2 FT

i take it the shot he got before the game wasnt enough by the 4th.

speaking of heroic performances, anyone remember Eric Snow playing on a fractured foot in 2001 vs Bucks in East Finals....i think he scored 20points in that game and 6ers notched up a win.

Yeah it's funny. Kobe plays on a bad knee and shoulder in the 2003 playoffs, Isiah plays against the Lakers on one foot but for some reason were supposed to give Dwane "the big hype" Wade a free pass.

Was I the only one that saw Shaq hitting his shots and yet Wade and Jones didn't give him the ball? If Kobe is to be vilified and called a ball hog than why isn't Wade?

Is it because he's the flavor of the month and no one wants to admit that they bought into the "he's the next Jordan" hype?

When does ESPN and Charles Barkley admit that they have no clue and apologize to the Pistons for treating them like they are just a fluke?

Kobe playing on a bad knee has nothing to do with hogging the ball. I just don't see the connection.

I don't get it? What's their to thank Miami for? Going to the conference finals and losing? It's not like LA did anything this season?

I don't know, maybe it's because he was shooting about 46%, averaging 27 PPG, and going to the line about 9.6 times a game before Game 7 when he was injured. I don't know though, just a guess.

Are the Heat going to win a championship this year? Yeah that's what I thought. At least the Lakers got a good draft pick.

By the way no one remembers who came is second.

lol that's just a ridiculous counter argument, furious

you are happy with and celebrating the lakers mediocrity?

man, are the idiotic laker fans resurfacing?

First I'm not a Laker fan. I'm a Bucks fan. Not because they are the best team but because I live in Milwaukee. I'm sure that is totally alien to everyone that bandwagons on the best team but there are are actually people that that root for their home team. Wow what a surprise I would root for Ray Allen and Glen Robinson if they were playing Shakobe.

Second I actually enjoy basketball and have no interest in what the media tries to force feed me.

Third Oscar Robinson was the best basketball player ever regardless of what Nike tries to tell us.

The Big O?

Past tense, that means someone already replaced him. :D

No it means he doesn't play basketball anymore. No one has replaced the big O. Not even Mr. Frosted flakes Jordan.

Thu Jun 09, 2005 9:31 am

He was? And how did you came to that conclusion?? :?:

Thu Jun 09, 2005 10:11 am

Who's Oscar Robinson?

Big Oh No?

Thu Jun 09, 2005 10:24 am

Lmao, he knows he's the best player but doesn't even know his name. Atleast everyone knows the supposed best players name, Jordan that is.

Btw, I'd rather have my team in the playoffs than a "good draft pick". Pff, you're weird.

Actually I'm living on Mars right now but that wasn't one of the options when I signed up.

I live in Milwaukee right off Teutonia. About 10 miles from UWM.

You can't believe everything you read.
