is that lakers jersey the white one was that just a one time thing?? where did thay get it from, its not a retro?

Thu Feb 20, 2003 8:29 pm

It's a new alternate home jersey.

They did use that one on Xmas day, and they lost. After that last time they used it was against the Knicks, where they lost again. I believe they do have a bad record while using that jersey.

Well, if you read it again, I didn't say they used it twice, I said the first & last time they have used it, Right?

Anyway, tonite the Lakers are suppose to get the 8th spot for the playoffs race. The Rockets are facing the Mavs & the Lakers facing Portland with Shaq back.

Yeah the Lakers only wear their white jerseys on Sunday home games.

Speaking of Alt jerseys Portland's wearing those sweet Red jerseys tonight against LA.

They don´t only wear them on sunday games. I dont know why they call them Sunday Jerseys actually

Sun Feb 23, 2003 10:22 am

I believe they're called Sunday jerseys since many teams introduced a third jersey which was worn only during Sunday games. These days some teams choose to wear the alternate jerseys on the day of their choice, possibly due to the popularity of the third jerseys.
