kobe isnt the mvp duncan proved by beating the lakers with a 28/20 game while kobe did score 40 it took him 41 shots and they lost maybe if he passed the ball some more they could have won

I guess that's what you get for not checking the box-score. 31 shots is still a lot for one player, but when you're hitting them I guess you keep shooting them. Allan Houston scored 53 on 60% shooting that doesn't make him MVP... so 31 shots don't make Kobe one either. Let's see how things will go if Shaq has to sit out again.
