Windows picture and fax viewer lets me zoom in on it. Kobe held out a fist. I guess Shaq was thinking that Kobe would try to shake his hand or whatever, and he had his hand out but then he turned it into a fist and went on with his business.

to me it looked like kobe always had his fist out. its very common, infact more common, than just shaking hands now.
