nuggets=most dangerous?

by far the hottest team right now in the NBA and been hot for the whole 2nd half of the season.
Who wants to face this team in the playoffs?
Nevermind their record since it includes the pre-Karl era which was garbage. I don't know if this is going too far, but are the Nuggets championship contenders?
Right now, they can probably beat both the spurs and suns with all the confidence they have. The spurs without Duncan is easy for them, but when Duncan returns, he might be a little rusty and theirs no space for mistakes in the playoffs!
They might pull off a first round upset i think, and possibily go the full way and probably get stopped by shaq in the finals

I don't think they'll really challenge for the title this year. The playoffs are a whole different ballgame, and the Suns and Spurs still remain superior teams. The Nuggets' record is much lower thanks to the subpar start but it's not as though they would have only lost two games up until this point as they've done since the All-Star break.

The Nuggets are in a great position right now.. but think about it, their two losses only came against the Suns...

well, depends who they draw in the first round. If they avoid SAS then they could go deep, i wouldnt be surprised if they do get to the Finals. They could be one piece away from a championship though.

They need a SG.. thtas where Voshon Lenard wil lcome in next year! Things are looking good for Denver!

Voshon Lenard will have to drop that thing hanging from his stomach if he wants to make an impact for Denver next season.

Yeah Lenard was huge at the all-star break...terribly out of shape hopefully he can lose some weight and comeback next season and give the Nuggets a much needed 3 point expert...even though Wesley Person is prolly good as or even better at shooting 3's than Lenard is.

But I agree its tough to win this year...I think they'll be meeting the Spurs in the first round...doubt their gonna drop back to 8th...or even climb upto 6th even though its possible.

They got a good team.. hope they can keep the whole squad intact...

Voshon has been in training though to get back to playing again this season....so he could make it back for playoffs, but it looks unlikely

I don't think they'll go all the way but should give a good run. Regular season and playoff basketball are different ..some teams slip and others step up!
