get a solid black background add a lens flare then some brushing and filters and it looks awesome, and easy.

If you want a more complex one, I'm making one. Check below for an example of one of my sigs.

edit: I made a new Nas sig for another forum, and get figure out how to get an animated .gif that has transparency in ImageReady. Anybody know how. I want a "yellow glow" sliding across the background behind Nas. And yes I checked the transparency box in "optimize". Is there any way to not optimize? Arghhh!
