Like real players

If you have played Total Club Manager 2004/05 (a football/soccer manager from EA), you surely have seen that sometimes, some players have personal problems or create problems within the team (because they return a day later from their holidays, because he doesn't play as often as he likes...).
EA should add this feature to NBA live, just because some players have usually this kind of problems.. in example: Sheed Wallace or Artest, have great ratings in Nba Live, but they are not as great players as they could be, just because they get too often into problems
