Wrong, All Events are going to be televised on TNT only if we are talking about US coverage, you can hear those on ESPN Radio tho.

Apparently they are showing those events on Sunday in Australia. It isn't listed in the TV guide, but they were ads for it shown on All Star Friday.

If you have pay TV. For those of us who don't, there's Pontel.

Yeah, $25, but I don't order videos all that often. Only All-Star games, sometimes the classic games when they have their yearly special.

For $50, you get two tapes, complete coverage of All-Star Saturday, complete coverage of All-Star Sunday (the game). Other tapes include previous All-Star Weekends, old season/playoff games (more than 1 game per tape), as well as current season games.

It's $25 a tape in Australia (includes postage and handling), it's cheaper for other countries. The exchange rate is just a little unkind to Aussies these days.

oh well, I didn't even know you meant a real tape, lol. I thought when you said pay tv was PPV, if you meant a real tape means that you will see the game after everyone has seen it, that's just as bad as watching it in sports news.

Nah, when I said pay TV I meant cable/dish. There's pretty decent coverage of the NBA on the pay TV providers. Some events are PPV of course, but in sports coverage is part of the package.

Yes, it sucks that I see it after most other people, but since I don't have pay TV, it's my only option.

OK, anyway seems to me that Clinton is watching those games, thought u were close to him.

hey, I spent most of my years just watching the news on all star competition, that's not too bad, sometimes is better than seeing it live. You don't have any rewind when you are in the arena, lol.

Yes, Clinton's my cousin, but he doesn't live close enough to go around and watch a lot of games.

We are cousins, but we live about an hour from one another and I have Austar (the local pay TV provider), Andrew doesn't. Just can't seem to talk his parents into getting it. :D

"If you want Foxtel (Newcastle provider), you can pay for it yourself." I might even have to tear myself away from the NLSC and work for $$$. :?

That would be a temporary solution, but I wouldn't turn down pay TV in my own home. Ah well, I didn't get into Uni, so the workforce awaits. I swear I'll enjoy regular NBA action again someday. :D
