Nash Wins Skills Challenge!

Postby SkipToMy_Lou on Sun Feb 20, 2005 12:37 pm

Steve Nash clearly distanced himself from the rest of the field on Saturday and easily won the PlayStation Skills Challenge. The Phoenix point guard posted the top times in both the first and final rounds, claiming victory with a contest-best 25.4 seconds.

NBA.com screwed up so bad. (N) Look at this:

Saturday, Feb. 19
NBA All-Star Saturday Night Preview Show, presented by America Online
8 p.m. ET, TNT

NBA All-Star Saturday Night, presented by America Online
8:30 p.m. ET, TNT

I tuned in at 8:30 pm ET, and I missed the entire Shooting Stars challenge.

That's what I thought. I knew Dan was gonna be in good shape, but arrgh, can't believe I missed it. At least I have Raptors NBA TV, so they'll probably be showing a replay of the whole thing.

What... You guys just now learn that females are better shooters than most men? Havent any of you ever been beaten by a female in basketball who is half your height and literally sets the hoop-net on fire?

No and I think that's your own fault because you should block women that are half your length. Blocking women is weak, but if they want to go 1-on-1 with you then they're asking for it.
