Majerle's not that old, and I'm betting he can do more than what English or Johnson can. Add Marion and a rookie of the year, and I'm sure Phoenix would win this competition.

i gotta agree that phoenix is the best team on paper followed by LA then denver. i dont know whats up with detroit. the best one of these i saw was the year both magic and dominique was in it(last year or am i crazy?). i would love to see these one year with LA and boston is it just to see bird and magic 1 more time. of course bird's back is probably weaker than a tooth pick now but thats not the point. would also like to see dominique in it again. maybe even dr.j. i would say jordan but he is still too damn good for that game.

If they included Chicago, they'll put somebody like Longley or Kerr, but not Jordan...unless the League needs money :)

Phoenix team looks great (Y)

Dupree's probably a better choice than John Salley, especially when it comes to the three point attempts in the contest. Personally, I'd like to see them phase out this part of All-Star Weekend or go back to the 3 on 3 tournament.

I believe it was only the 2002 All-Star Weekend. I can't quite remember the NBA/WNBA/Legend event at the 2003 Weekend.

I remember that it was in 2003 in ATL. They had Magic on the lakers team and Nique on the Hawks team.
