Pretty hard to do top 20 albums of the week, although I can do a list of top albums of 05 and keep updating them once new albums come out
Anyone interested in that ?

Sage Francis's "A Healthy Distrust" is probably the best album I've listened to so far this year. Atmosphere's "Heashots: Se7en" is also pretty good.

I started listening to Breaking Benjamin a while back, I kinda like his voice... the songs are good aswell, although after a while they get a bit tiring to listen to.

Ok cool
I've heard that Beanie Sigel's new album 'B Coming' will be leaked any day now, that should be a great album one of my most anticipated for the year.

Matt, Devin is my hero

Whenever I don't feel like crunk music, I always go to my Devin albums. His music ain't just laid back it usually has a message. Whether it's telling you about the pitfalls of some of these women out here or just be happy with whatever situation you're in, Devin keeps me out of alot of Bullshit. Have you heard To The Extreme? It's good.
Another good album to check out is 213's The Hard Way.

I'm a big fan of Nirvana.. I got the new box set for Christmas and I love it. Sure, it's not the best quality, but there are a lot of good songs and it's RAW

I was dissapointed by it with such great rappers in the group... they just managed a average album, only a few good songs on there and the rest where shit.
Sun Feb 13, 2005 6:40 pm
Yeh I've got the boxset too.
Did you watch the dvd
I thought the dvd was awesome, especially when they played Smells like teen spirit at parties and clubs with people going nuts.
The last clip was sad though. The one with Kurt on drums and they are were playing that sad song.
R.I.P Kurt.

I heard somewhere that it might have been Courtney Love or whoever his wife's name was that lead him to suicide and also constant pressure from his record label to act suicidal/drugged up just made him loose it.....
thats a sad thing thats happening.......that rock bands are focused to act violent, angry and suicidal....but luckily most bands have changed that outlook on rock music n dont promote stuff like that.

I didn't like it at first either. Everything sounded kinda plain, right? But I listened to it again and I couldn't get any of the songs out of my head. Some of my favorites (I only don't like Track 5) are Track 2, 6, 9, 11, and 13, but eveythings a banger once you really sit and listen to it.
