Cube and Nelly to participate @ASW

It's still a couple of weeks before the NBA announces this year's All-Stars. That doesn't mean, however, TV and music stars aren't lining up to participate in the All-Star festivities in Denver.

Seven A-List celebrities already have committed to participate in the Feb. 18 McDonald's NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, which is open to the public and will be played at the Colorado Convention Center. They include: Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalf; Scrubs star Donald Faison; rapper/actor Ice Cube; Entertainment Tonight actor Kevin Frazier; country superstar Tim McGraw; and, rapper Nelly.

Expect participation to "super-size" in the coming weeks, when All-Star fever continues to spread.

Wonder what Cube's gonna pull off.

Nelly and Cube. thats going to be great. i wonder what songs Nelly will do. maybe
Na-naa-Na.
hopefully Cube bring lil'jon and the Eastside boys and they do Roll Call. its so sad they have to bring artist from other cities, cause Denver has nobody to speak off. i expect a great all-star weekend. Amare will win dunk contest. 8-)

I thought you meant Don Nelson and Mark Cuban.

I had images of them performing a hip-hop number.

they did show everything on ESPN..... I remember watching the celeb game, dunk, 3pt, tht shooting thing with the WNBA, and NBA Legend game, skills challenge, rookie game and AS game on ESPN last year.
Didn't Nelly arrive late last year? he only went in at half time.

Ice Cube and Nelly?... that's realistic to the attitude and style of the NBA... but why not change it up... Did Paul McCartney suit the superbowl?... not really, but it was still a damn good halftime show.

Was it last year or the year before that Meatloaf played at the NBA all star game?

Do they maybe show all these things on ESPN or NBA TV? Or just on TNT?

Nice to see you so sure about things. Like Ginobili in the All-Star team.
I was talking about Jona and me. We're both Chileans. So, we get ESPN LA. Read and think before you post :!:

Yup, we get a different ESPN in here.
We got football (soccer) 95% of the time going on.
Don't get me wrong, I love football but turning on the TV at 12:00 and having a Spanish La Liga match, then at 17:00 an Italian Serie A match, then at 4:00 in the morning a Dutch Amstel Cup match, and finally, when the moment of truth arrives (NBA Action listed in the TV Guide) a weight reduction infomercial appears, it's kind of frustrating.
